A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Williamsburg Settlement Maintenance Association, Inc. was held on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. at the offices of Planned Community Management, Inc..
ATTENDANCE
Directors in attendance were Dave Ellis, Don McClelland, Linda Moore, Brian Boggs and Lance Gordon. Also representing Planned Community Management, Inc (PCMI) was Dolores Sue.
A quorum being established, the meeting was called to order at 5:41 p.m
MINUTES
The minutes of the August 18, 2009 meeting were reviewed and upon a motion made, seconded and approved, it was unanimously agreed to accept the minutes as written.
2010 BUDGET
The Board reviewed the preliminary budget. After due discussion and changes the Board agreed to adopt the 2010 budget.
2010 RATE
A motion was made, seconded and unanimously agreed to set the 2010 annual maintenance rate at $680.00. The Board instructed PCMI to mail invoices the middle of October, 2009. Dave Ellis will prepare an insertion to be mailed with the notices.
DEED RESTRICTIONS
The Board reviewed the deed restriction violations and disposition of same.
RAIN SENSORS
The Board discussed the high water usage and unanimously agreed to purchase five (5) rain sensors at a cost of $765.87.
FREQUENCY OF WATERING
With the high water usage, the Board unanimously agreed to ask IMS to use the sprinklers only twice a week.
The next meeting was scheduled for October 20, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. at the clubhouse, 1602 Hoyt.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m
